How it works
No guesswork and no packages you didn't ask for. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you walk in.
We sit down and go through your history, symptoms, diet and daily routine — not just the pain you walked in with.
Pressure points, posture and energy flow are assessed to find where the problem actually originates.
You get a plan: which therapies, how many sittings, and what you can do at home between visits.
Progress is reviewed each sitting and the plan is adjusted. Most people notice a change within 2–4 sessions.
Before you book
Still unsure which therapy fits? Call us and we'll tell you honestly — including when we are not the right option.
The number of sessions required varies by individual and condition, but many people notice improvements after 2–4 sessions, with chronic issues potentially requiring more frequent visits.
Seed therapy is often used to help with issues such as stress, anxiety, chronic pain, digestive problems, and respiratory issues, although its effectiveness can vary based on the individual.
While some techniques may cause mild discomfort, physiotherapy should not be excessively painful. Your therapist will work with you to ensure the treatment is within your comfort levels while still being effective.
Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours, but booking ahead means you won't wait. Call or WhatsApp +91 70751 57013 to reserve a slot.
