Acupuncture
Fine needles placed at specific points to restore the body's energy flow and ease long-standing pain.
Suction cups that lift the tissue, draw blood to tight muscle and release stubborn knots.

Overview
Cupping is a traditional therapy in which warmed or suction cups are placed on the skin to draw the tissue gently upward. The lift increases local blood flow, loosens tight fascia and helps stubborn muscle knots release more easily than pressure alone can manage.
At Bhargavi Health World, cupping is most often used across the shoulders, neck and upper back, and is frequently combined with acupuncture in the same session. Sessions are short, and the circular marks that follow are a normal part of the therapy — they fade on their own over several days.
Both dry cupping and fire cupping are offered. Which is appropriate depends on your condition and skin sensitivity, and is decided during consultation.
Indications
Please note: this is a complementary therapy. It works alongside — not instead of — the medical care you already receive. Bring your current prescriptions to your first consultation.
